At FlowXell Agency, we strive to deliver high-quality design, development, and digital solutions tailored to your needs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Service-Based Nature of Our Work

Our services involve custom design, no-code development, and digital strategy solutions that are tailored specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all fees paid are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

3. Client Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the project, please notify our team through your active communication channel with us - Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email as soon as possible. We will review your concerns and attempt to find a solution that addresses the issues before considering a refund.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full Refund (100%): f you request to cancel the project before 25% of the work is completed, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after 25% of the work is completed, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be determined based on the proportion of work already completed and resources used.
  • No Refund: Once the project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

5. Project Delivery & Completion

A project is considered completed once final deliverables have been handed over or deployed, as agreed in the project scope. After this stage, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

6. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions, as agreed in the proposal/contract.
  • Dissatisfaction with creative style or preferences does not qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns within the agreed revision scope.

7. Third-Party Services & Subscriptions

If a project involves third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, domain names, Webflow, Framer, or CRM platforms), payments for these services are subject to the third-party provider’s policies and are non-refundable through FlowXell Agency.

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate the issue promptly and provide a resolution.
